what to expect as a day maker vendor

To us, it’s not rocket science that a vendor who is in their creative element and who feels supported during an event is going to do a bloody great job! So we’re simply here to help our vendors however we can and ensure they too experience an awesome day! 🥳

WE are there to help you do you, boo!

Our role as a Day Maker is not to change, control or impact your business in any way because you’re the expert at what you do, not us! We’ll grab some details from you before the day, to make sure we have everything covered and that you have everything you need! But ultimately, we’ll be there to support you to do the great work that you do, and make sure you experience a day that is organised, yet relaxed and fun!

curiousity, kindness and collaboration are key

BEFORE THE DAY

At about 8 weeks from the day, we’ll reach out to grab some details (such as bump in requirements, dietary requirements, and even your favourite drink). Then, we’ll ‘back and forth’ as much as we need before sending a ‘final run sheet’ at about 4 weeks from the day (just in case of any ‘last minute tweaks’). But from there, we’ll sail smoothly into the day! 🚢

ON THE DAY

We’ll be there to support and help you however we can, and make sure you’re looked after as well (no ‘forgotten vendor meals’ or ‘quick breaks’ on our watch).

We’ll always be proudly inclusive (rather than exclusive) and we’ll always be there for our couples first, and our vendors, very close second! 🥈

you’re our guest as well

Of course we love our couples and their guests! But to us, our vendors are also guests, in that they also deserve a bit of ‘OTT TLC’ (over the top tender lovin’ care).

Besides making sure you have everything you need to do an awesome job, we’ll make sure you get a little break, are fed, and can even enjoy your favourite drink, which for the photographer (pictured) was a lemon, lime and bitters (with a straw, of course). 🥂
